Has extensively traveled throughout the country and world and a very dynamic person with ability to establish good contacts with the local farmers of the adjoining area.

He has also worked as a chairman of Association of Maharashtra Agro Industries over a decade. Was nominated as Director of Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd. To provide farmers with Hi-tech Quality Agro Inputs at affordable cost, has always been his main priority. His personal traits and qualities, have made him involved in active politics and who consecutively for the second term is an elected member of Legislature Assembly from Pachora Constituency in Maharashtra State in India. He is a recipient of “Rashtriya Ratna” award.

The Director Marketing of the company monitors the activities like Sales, Recoveries & Product Development and acts as a overall control of marketing channel. A postgraduate in Horticulture, has wide experience in Agriculture University in the field of Research and Seed Production. He has quite long Administrative experience through Maharashtra Minerals Corporation.

He has discharged his function admirably as a Director Marketing, south region in India. Social services has been his personal trait and actively involved with Rotary activities. He is honored to be an Ex-President of Rotary Club of Pachora-Bhadgaon. He is associated with Indian Society of Vegetable Science, Seeds Science & Technology Society of India as a life member.

Dr. J. C. Rajput has been a Director Research and Development is a reputed academician scholar par excellence and is a fellow Maharashtra Academy of Science (MAS). He has guided many M.Sc., Ph. D (Agriculture) students who is said to be an outstanding Professor, Vegetable Specialist, Horticulturist. He had an honour of Associate Director- Research. He received numerous academic and official recognitions including Abasaheb Horticulture Award, for the significant contribution in the field of Horticulture and Vasantrao Naik Memorial Gold Medal. He is a life member of Indian Society of Vegetable Science and Annals of Agriculture. He has more than 100 publications on Research to his credit. He has authored two books and bulletins on vegetables. He has been a Director Research and Development of Nirmal Seeds Pvt. Ltd. and Nirmal Organo Bio Tech - Pvt. Ltd for a quite long time.

He is a basically a graduate in the faculty of Medical Science. Sacrificing medical profession fully, he diversified in to the field of agriculture by way of associating as a founder Director of the Company. He is known for his warm relationship with people in all quarters. He has been a Director Finance and Administration and also monitors Marketing activities in north region of India and admirably fulfilled his obligations to the best of his capacity. He is very much fond of Social Service. He is an elected member of Jalgaon District Zilla Parishad of Maharashtra State in India. He is a great inspirer and motivator for all concerned. He has established NGOs for tackling the most important National problems like soil and water conservation through water shed development. As a social commitment he has established educational institutes in rural areas.
