Mr. R.O.Patil
The Chairman & Managing Director, acting as a Head of the Organization, is responsible for the overall Administration, Finance and Marketing functions. Being an agriculture graduate, he brings about 35 years of experience in marketing of Agriculture inputs. He has also worked as the chairman of the ‘Association of Maharashtra Agro Industries’ for over a decade. Mr. Patil was nominated as the Director of Maharashtra Agro Industries Development Corporation Ltd. He has been elected twice as a member of Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in 1999 and 2004 from the Pachora constituency in Jalgaon district of Maharashtra state. He has extensively traveled across the country and the world, understanding needs of the Agricultural society. His dynamic personality helps to establish positive contacts with farmers as well as business communities in India and other parts of the world.
He’s been honored with Dr. Manibhai Desai’s Rashtriya Seva Award for the year 2007, Lokmat Khandesh Icon, Rashtriya Ratna and he’s also a recipient of numerous prestigious awards like Achievement Award, Udhyog Vibhushan Sanman Award, District Industrial Development Award, Vasantrao Naik Krishi Falotpadan Award and Son of Soil award from Dainik Bhaskar Group.

He’s a graduate from the faculty of Ayurvedic Medical Science. Sacrificing his medical profession, he has diversified into the field of agriculture by way of associating as a Founder/Director of the Company. Working as the Director in Processing, he manages the responsibility of seed processing. As a social democrat, he is associated with many educational and social institutes.
A postgraduate in horticulture, he has ample of experience in the field of Production and Processing; backed up with several researches in agriculture universities. Mr. Deshmukh also has a long administrative and management experience in Maharashtra Mineral Corporation. He is a recipient of Indian Achievers Award for Industrial Development and listed in ‘Asia Pacific Who’s Who’ book for contribution in the field of agriculture.
He is an eminent horticulturist with wide experience at National and International levels in research and development. He also had one yearcourse of Tree breeding and Genetics in Mississippi State University, MS, USA in 1990.He served as a Vegetable Specialist (KKV, Dapoli), Horticulturist and Associate Director of Research at Regional Fruit Research Station Vengurle (KVK). Since 1998, He is working as a director of research in Nirmal Seeds Pvt. Ltd., Pachora, Maharashtra. He had widely traveled for research and business purposes in almost 30 countries.
He had released 11 vegetable varieties in Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth Dapoli, Dist Ratnagiri (MS) and 55 varieties and 114 hybrids have been developed under his leadership in Nirmal Seeds Pvt.Ltd.Dr. Rajput is the author of 8 books/bulletin’s. Hehas published more than 120 research /technical papers in renouned national and international journals. He guided a dozen of P.G. Students in the field of Horticulture and Biotechnology.
He is recipient of HSI Award, Gold Medal from Horticulture Society of India, New Delhi in 2006. Vasantrao Naik Memorial Gold Award from Vasantrao Naik Smriti Pratishthan, Pusad (MS) in year 1992.Abasaheb Kubal Horticultural Award at Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli, Dist. Ratnagiri (MS) in 1993. Baliraja-Dr Rahudkar Grantha Paritoshik Award from B.R.Grantha Paritoshik Sameeti, Pune in 1995. He is mainly concentrating on Research and Development of NSPL. He is an alumnus of Maharashtra Academy of Sciences, Horticulture Society of India and Confederation of Horticulture Associations of India.
A graduate in Agriculture, Mrs Vaishali Suryawanshi has got legacy in agriculture, industry, business and education from father Hon’ble Tatyasaheb R.O.Patil. Having the profound knowledge in agriculture functionary she is well versed with the living issues of the farmers. As being interested in seed industry she has the great concern with crop and its production. As the President of Nirmal Foundation, she led a revolution for imparting quality education. Especially, for her contribution in “women empowerment” and “social reformation” she has been honoured as “Pachora Icon” and is awarded for “Excellence in Education” by Samata Parishad.
